AGM Details
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 8 September 2009 at the offices of Ambrian Partners Limited, Old Change House, 128 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4BJ, all resolutions put to Shareholders as set out in the AGM Notice below were duly passed on a show of hands.
